It blends three of Bulgaria's most iconic grapes - Mavrud, Rubin and Pamid (which makes up 50% of the blend). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo make the wine, Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov select the best grapes from across the Thracian Valley region. Then, a variety of winemaking techniques are used to perfect the final blend.
