The wine...
Baignade
A 100% Chenin Blanc that's produced in reassuringly small numbers - less than 5,000 bottles of this vintage were made. A great alternative to other refreshing, mineral whites like Chablis or Sancerre. In many ways, the winemaking here is straightforward - stainless steel and concrete maturation, and a focus on clean, bright flavours. Works superbly with simple salads, vegetables or creamy dishes.

Les Errances
Les Errances is a small winery led by Warren and Maïté Perrocheau. With six hectares of their own, they also buy small amounts of fruit from other local organic growers with an eye for quality. Their approach combines organic farming and biodiversity with very limited cellar intervention, long natural ferments and a mix of fermentation vessels. All geared towards producing wines with natural and precise flavours.
