I'd Rather be a Rebel Rosé, by Blackbook Winery

A modern styled rosé wine from the innovative urban winery, Blackbook, based under the arches of Battersea, in London.

The grapes themselves are sourced from vineyards in Essex, each one hand picked, and then cold soaked to maximise the transfer of flavours. 

The wines are then fermented and aged in French oak barrels , imparting more complexity and rich texture into the wines.
