Arajs
Arneis is a captivating Italian grape variety, being rediscovered for its charming aromatics. The grapes used in Arajs, come from a south-west-facing vineyard at 270 metres. Natural freshness is retained from altitude and early harvesting, whilst bâtonnage (yeast stirring), adds rich texture. Try it cool with fish starters, risotto, or fragrant Asian dishes at dinner.

Pedemontis
Pedemontis is a mixed-farming project rooted in the hills of Langhe. 13 hectares of vineyards sit within a much larger, idyllic landscape of woodland, pasture, truffle grounds and hazelnut groves. Grazing donkeys and their compost add further biodiversity, whilst vineyard treatments are kept to a minimum, all in aid of prioritising long-term vineyard health.
