A brilliantly light Cinsault that proves red wine can be properly refreshing. Fantazia is pale, bright and packed with lively red fruit, with a soft feel and very little tannin.
Winemaker Florian Bruneau used whole bunches and modern barrel-based methods to keep the fruit vivid and the structure gentle. At just 12% ABV, this is a red to serve lightly chilled when the weather is warm, or whenever a heavier bottle feels like too much. Bright and full of character.

Fantazia
One of three tiny-production, single-varietal reds created by Florian Bruneau. Cinsault, more typically associated with Provence Rose, is starting to make waves as a red - it's fresh, lively and low in tannins, designed for early drinking. Give it a gentle chill and pour with charcuterie or grilled vegetables for a relaxed outdoor lunch at home.
