Argentina isn’t exactly famous for sparkling wines right?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnter Patricio Gouguenheim. His high altitude vineyard helps the grapes hang onto that perfect acidity. And slow ripening creates super-concentrated fruit flavours. Using the tank method (the same as Prosecco), Patricio creates a sparkling rosé that’s pure fun – fruity, delicious, and ridiculously drinkable.
