Argentina isn’t exactly famous for sparkling wines right?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnter Patricio Gouguenheim. His high altitude vineyard helps the grapes hang onto that perfect acidity. And slow ripening creates super-concentrated fruit flavours. Using the tank method (the same as Prosecco), Patricio creates a sparkling rosé that’s pure fun – fruity, delicious, and ridiculously drinkable. By pressing the grapes as whole bunches they’re able to retain the fruity flavours in the final wine. And that is definitely the case here. To quote them “it smacks you in the face like the most delicious berry punch you’ve ever had”. Its a lovely and refreshing with citrus and berries flavours. But don't let anyone tell you this can only be drunk in the summer.
